I’m Teia Tyler aka The FitChicc (Faithful In The Creator’s Hands Instructing Christ’s Chosen). I’m a mother, instructor, competitor, motivational speaker and most of all a follower of Christ. I can’t wait to get started on this journey with you.

Hot Butts & Guts

An uplifting class that targets the glutes and the core. As we move our bodies we will tone muscles, burn calories, and have a great time getting to a healthy level of living. This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to more advanced.

Ab Fit

This class is designed to target the core. We will work on multiple exercises and moves that will focus on ab and oblique muscles. This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to more advanced!

Rev on the Mat

An uplifting, full body stretch class, that invites the Lord into the atmosphere as we loosen and stretch out our muscles. This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to more advanced.
